Position: HVAC Engineer 1. Location: Shanghai 2. Department: Engineering Department 3. Report to: Department Manager 4. Number: 1 4. Requirements: 4.1 Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC or building facilities services; 4.2 Minimum 3 years design experience in design institute for pharmaceutical, industrial, or chemical projects; 4.3 Clean room design experience is prior; 4.4 Familiar with GB codes; 4.5 Good English speaking; 4.6 Good AutoCAD skills, Revit, office, etc., 4.7 Positive attitude and good interpersonal skill; 5. Responsibilities (but not limited to): 5.1 Be responsible for concept design, basic design & detail design; 5.2 Be responsible for drawing check & cross check; 5.3 Be responsible for procurement support; 5.4 Be responsible for cost estimation support; 5.5 Be responsible for bidding document & clarification with contractor; 5.6 Be responsible for site engineering support; |
