职责与要求：   拥有城市规划、城市设计相关硕士学历，毕业于国内重点院校或国际知名高校；   应届生或具备1–3年国内甲级设计院或国际规划机构项目经验者优先，持有初级职称或相关专业资格者加分；   具备基础的城市设计、规划编制能力，能配合项目经理完成规划方案绘制、研究分析、文本撰写与汇报资料准备；   对城市发展与规划转型趋势敏感，关注可持续、数字化、人本尺度等议题；   具备中英文流利的沟通表达能力，能胜任中英双语报告或项目交流；   熟悉基本设计与表达软件：AutoCAD、PPT、Photoshop、InDesign等，掌握Rhino、SketchUp、GIS、Illustrator等工具, 有日照、气候模拟、环境影响分析等技术集成能力者优先；   有较强的主动性、责任感、团队协作能力，能适应项目工作节奏与适度差旅安排。 Assistant Urban Planner / Urban Planner Qualifications & Requirements:   Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design from a top domestic university or a well-regarded international institution.   Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in national Class-A planning institutes or international planning firms are preferred. Possession of junior professional titles or relevant certifications is a plus.   Solid foundational skills in urban design and planning, with the ability to support project managers in tasks such as drawing preparation, research and analysis, report writing, and presentation material development.   Strong awareness of urban development and transformation trends, with interest in topics such as sustainability, digital tools, and human-centric design.   Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; capable of participating in bilingual reporting and project communication.   Proficient in core design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign; skilled in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, and Illustrator. Experience with integrated technical applications such as sunlight analysis, climate simulation, and environmental impact analysis is an advantage.   Demonstrates high initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project schedules and occasional travel.
