岗位职责： 1.参与项目的设计管理、制定项目计划； 2.独立完成项目平面规划、方案设计、提案制作、施工图制作或审核； 3.参与施工图制作的流程计划及细节监管； 4.对项目的工程部分进行设计监督，参与项目的用料确认和现场调整后续执行； 5.对项目的工程部份进行计划管理和进度调控、参与工程质量验收； 6.参与设计的模块化系统和流程化系统的建立和跟进； 7.参与公司的案例系统、技术资源系统的建立和整理。 任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，艺术设计、室内设计等相关专业，5年以上室内设计工作经验； 2.熟练操作CAD，3D，SU，天正，或Enscape等相关绘图软件及办公软件； 3.把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解； 4.较高的职业素养，高度的责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力； 5.较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力； 6.熟悉工程工艺做法及装饰材料，熟悉室内装饰行业现行材料、工艺及国家标准要求。如有意向请发送个人简介及代表性作品（PDF格式）至上海公司　邮箱：caoshuang@huasen.com.cn,收到简历后会尽快与您联系。 工作地点：上海静安区大宁中心广场，面试另行通知。 福利及培训情况：入职购买五险一金、商业保险，为员工购买企业年金，享受法定年假、节日慰问品、高温补贴、员工团建活动、项目考察、成长类培训等。
